On Friday 8 May 2015 the Slovenian Australian Cook Hub – Culinary Heritage of Slovenian Australians research project was presented at the Slovenian Australian Association of Canberra.

The event was organised in cooperation with the Slovenian Australian Association of Canberra and the University of Canberra. A 2015 Endeavour Research Fellowship (Postdoctoral Research) is provided by the Australian Government Department of Education.

Thank you for giving me an opportunity to present my research project, for attending the presentation and for a lively discussion about the Slovenian Australian cookbook, kranjske klobase and polenta! It was a lovely evening and a pleasant experience. 🙂
